The "Axoa" is a typical Basque dish either made of mashed veal ("Blonde d'Aquitaine"), with pork (born and raised in the Basque country) or with poultry. This delicious recipe is prepared with red or green Del Piquillo peppers and flavoured with red Espelette pepper. To enjoy with some potatoes, rice or pasta. Something that you must try !!  

 

Ingredients: Poultry, Del Piquillos red peppers, onions, white wine, Espelette-pepper (0.09%), salt, pepper, garlic.
